These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WebAtlas Cloud. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.
WebAtlas Cloud provides access to WebAtlas API search services, plan-based API access, and related account management tools.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Access to the service is provided under paid plans with monthly request quotas and request-per-minute limits. These limits are described in the service dashboard and may be updated with notice.
Payments are handled by the external payment processor Polar.sh. We do not store full payment card details. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and terms published by the payment processor.
WebAtlas Index may be used by individuals, businesses, and creators for lawful personal and commercial purposes, including the development of AI agents, RAG systems, and custom search tools. The license permits caching of indexed content for up to 30 days, with the exception of commercial hybrid API products (combining WebAtlas with other sources), which require caching to be refreshed at least every 7 days. You may not create, maintain, or operate a derivative dataset that functions as a direct competitive substitute for the WebAtlas Index service without prior written permission. Any use must also comply with the full version of the Usage License.
The service, interface, API design, and related content remain the property of WebAtlas and MevaSearch unless otherwise stated. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation. We reserve the right to suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebAtlas Cloud and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including actions or content generated by AI systems powered by our index.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
