WebAtlas Index Usage License

1. General Provisions

This license governs the use of WebAtlas Index services. A "User" is defined as any person or entity accessing data through the API or other technologies provided by WebAtlas Index.

2. Scope of License

The User is granted the right to use WebAtlas Index data for personal, commercial, and research purposes, as well as for building custom systems (including search applications and AI/RAG-based agents), provided that these terms are strictly followed.

3. Caching Policy

The standard maximum duration for caching data is 30 days. For commercial products where WebAtlas Index is used as part of a paid hybrid API (powered by multiple data sources), this period is reduced to 7 days to ensure high data freshness.

4. Prohibition of Cloning and Replication

Anti-Cloning Policy: Copying, downloading, or replicating all or a significant portion of the index to create a competitive, independent dataset that serves as a substitute for the WebAtlas Index service is strictly prohibited. Data obtained via the API is intended to enhance the User's product functionality, not to reproduce our database infrastructure.

5. Attribution and Disclaimer

Attribution: Attribution stating "Data: WebAtlas Index" is optional, though encouraged as support for independent technology creators.
Disclaimer of Warranty: The service is provided "as-is." The owner of WebAtlas Index assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the data for a particular purpose, nor for any damages resulting from the use of the API, including actions or content generated by AI systems powered by our index.

6. Usage Rules

The User agrees to:

Not bypass technical security measures or rate limits.
Not use the service in a manner that violates applicable laws or best practices (e.g., spam, malicious activity).
Adhere to the technical documentation provided for developers.

7. Final Provisions
